Do not continue with the purchase if your device is not listed as compatible.

Operating System Updates:
Additionally, we recommend that you turn automatic updates off after you check your smart device Operating System updates are compatible with Dexcom apps. You can view a full list of compatible smart devices and operating systems here: www.dexcom.com/compatibility.

Warranty and Returns
Dexcom Devices are sterile, disposable devices that are non-returnable, non-refundable and not under warranty. Dexcom G6, G7 & ONE+ Transmitters are under limited warranty for 3 months from the date of shipment. For more information, please review the Using Your User Guide. To report a defect in your transmitter or sensor and request a replacement please contact our Technical Service team on 0508 634 103.
